Sommelier's notes: A native speciality, very versatile in cooking. Tasted at a temperature of 6-8 °C in an open goblet, it expresses all its fragrance.
Amber-red colour with persistent foam, delicate caramel and vegetable hints, round and malty body in tune with the noble bitterness of Radicchio. Slightly sparkling, soft herbaceous aftertaste.
