Salted Tangerine Peel (or Chen Pi) is a Chinese seasoning made from sun-dried tangerine orange peel, commonly used in Chinese cuisine and herbal medicine. The salted tangerine peel gives a full body to the Lambic and the tangerine flavor is a perfect match for the citrus character of the Lambic.
