Sal Aqua was inspired by traditional Gose beer, a style which originated in Germany, in the town of Goslar in Lower Saxony. Its main features are a salty taste and the characteristic sourness given by the Lattobacillus bacteria added during production. The spiciness provided by coriander creates a fresh, aromatic note. Sal Aqua can be considered the first "sour" beer produced by Birrificio Lambrate.
