Beer description

In order to offer a suitable alternative to the Red Devil to lovers of moderately tart beer as well as to devout connoisseurs, there is probably nothing better than the idea of a spirit in winged human form. For pacifists, unfortunately, can then be interpreted pejoratively, that is the prince of the heavenly host, the blond curly warrior figure, Archangel Michael, the conqueror of the devil. As the patron saint of the paratroopers and coat of arms symbol of the parachute regiment 26, which was newly established in 2015, in which the brew last served, this figure also concludes the story. The story of the mild ales itself, like many other typical beers of the craft beer movement, has its origin on the Anglo-Saxon island and basically describes a full, sweet beer with relatively little hops and alcohol. However, the Blonde Angel of Saar-Craft-Bräu has a name to embody traditionally amber to dark brewed and so this golden-mild-ale is golden yellow to dark blonde in the glass and its alcohol content can be described as "normal". The moderate reviews and the caramel-sweet body make it extremely easy to drink, whereby a thin, fine foam crown allows you to enjoy it straight away. Well chilled in the glass, the complex, floral and fruity aromas, comparable to the scent of native wildflower and orchard meadows, slowly develop in the malt-laden first taste. When warming up the tongue and palate, the very subtle bitterness retains itself gently and, together with the residual sweetness, leaves a full-bodied aroma veil only in the finish, which impatiently awaits the following sip. The heavenly figure with wings and sword hovers over the right shoulder and looks benevolently and kindly at the connoisseur. Original wort: 11.9%, alcohol: 4.5% vol., IBU: 21 Recommended use: Well chilled from a bulbous glass with fine dishes such as pasta or fish, but also with snacks and mild cheese, or without everything, in bright sunshine.
