Saalfelder - Braumanufaktur Dark Ale

Brewed in the English style with light and dark malts and the hop varieties Taurus, Tradition and Cascade. Fermented with a top-fermented English ale yeast. The malty, fruity body of the “Dark Ale” is integrated into a light acidity, making it appear almost slender. The beer's aroma of lemon, coffee and chocolate rounds off the whole thing. A dark beer with a difference.
