Beer description

Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and firm medium-sized foamy head. Moderately yeasty-spicy and wheaty aroma with notes of lemon, white bread and delicately flowery hops. Mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Initially grainy and slightly mineralic taste with hints of white bread and lighter fruity notes.

Diese Biersorte hat sich für die Ruhtaler förmlich aufgedrängt. Das WIT Bier der Kleinbrauerei aus der Ruhrstadt ist, wo die anderen Biere auch, absolut empfehlenswert.
