The Bruery - Rouge Colored Glasses

We have an optimistic outlook on experimenting with ingredients. Sometimes the effects are subtle. Other times, they turn a glass into a bold red color. And that’s precisely what happened here: we brewed a lighter-bodied beer to sip on in the heat of summer, adding passionfruit during fermentation and hibiscus at the outset to create a prominent tropical fruit and floral flavor combination. Anything lighter would be like looking through rose colored glasses. This one is distinctively rouge.
