Beer description

Bock beers have been known in this country for more than 660 years. While they were widespread in the Middle Ages, today bock beer is a specialty for special occasions. In the knowledge of this tradition, our master brewers cultivate the fine art of brewing a top-quality bock beer. The secret of their Rostocker Bock Dunkel is strong roasted malts and the elaborate brewing process before it matures in peace. This strong bock delight gleams maroon in the glass, topped with a voluminous, compact head. But the best thing about it is its intense taste: caramel aroma and strong with a fine hint of hops.

Kastanienfarbener Boch mit Schaum, der am Glasrand kleben bleibt. In der Nase schöne Röstsromen und Kaffee, im Antrunk dann noch ein Hauch karamell dazu und im Abgang etwas bitter.

Sehr mildes Bockbier mit leichtem Kaffeegeschmack. Erinnert eher an ein normales Dunkles und das macht es so "gefährlich".
