Beer description
Rosalie is a tart, fresh draught beer in the style of an original Berliner Weisse, with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice and white cardamom seeds. Fermented with an old "Schultheiß yeast" from Berlin. Fermented and aged for over two years. Funky, sour, wild and at the same time easy and fresh. Grapefruit & cardamom provide a light citrus note.
