A brilliant, amber-ruby farmhouse ale brewed with continental pilsner & malted rye from our friends at Riverbend Malt House in Asheville, fermented with our house saison culture, and finished with a copious amount of organic South African rooibos red tea leaves. Equal parts earthy, spicy, warm & bright, this saison is a perfect way to close out another winter in the Carolinas and welcome the impending spring
