Thisted Bryghus Ronkedor

In honor and memory of Brewmaster Peter Klemensen. Klemme brewed Ronkedoren for the first time in early 2009, where it was the culmination of his many experimental brews. For the first time, Klemme also let another brewer into the brewery in Thisted, namely Christian Skovdal Andersen (known from Beer Here, Ølfabrikken etc.), who was involved in the brewing and as the story goes, Christian probably threw in a few more hops than Klemme had intended. It is with great awe that we have once again been allowed to brew Ronkedoren to honor our great brewmaster, who passed away earlier this year. Klemme's importance to Thisted Bryghus is invaluable and his contribution has become a permanent part of the assortment. To this day, his brews are still the best-selling products that we brewers at the brewery cherish with respect. Honor Klemme's memory.
