A hop-flavoured pilsner with purely ingredients purely from organic cultivation. With the Dachswanger Mühle from Umkirch we have found a competent supplier for organic organic cereals close to us. After harvesting, the organic grain is transported to the Eckenstein malting plant in Lahr-Dinglingen and malting plant in Lahr-Dinglingen and malting. Three different hop varieties, all from organic Tettnang cultivation, give our organic country beer its pleasant bitterness to our organic country beer.
