Birra 100 Venti - Roger Bitter

Finely inspired by the best English bitters, Roger Bitter is our homage to the brewing world across the Channel. It has notes of cereal, acacia honey and light toffee. Fine and long bitterness. Low alcohol, very traditional, it combines the sweetness of malt with English hop notes. PAIRINGS: Very drinkable. Its bitterness, despite its name, is not intrusive and closes the sip with elegance. The light roastiness and caramel notes accompany white meats, even with light spiciness, tuna, both natural and in oil, but also light pizzas without rich fillings.
