Rofer Weizen Bock

Dark wheat beer, full-bodied and with high alcohol content. The palate presents the essence of wheat beers: bread, cereals and tutti-frutti; but it is accentuated by the use of caramelized malts. The aroma is reminiscent of dehydrated dark fruits and a light character of alcohol adds complexity, like a late autumn afternoon.
