Beer description
In this version of Florida Style IPA we used Calamansi (0.6%) and a combination of sour mandarin and Japanese kumquat. This fruit is very popular in Florida, where it is added to food and drinks. The taste is very sour and has a high content of vitamin C. Acid, cloudy and calamansi. What would IPA be without our favorite hops, Citra and Mosaic Duo.
