Roch Folblut

Dark amber colored beer, ecru-colored foam, very fine, abundant and durable with a nice lacing. Sweetish, fruity, caramel aroma in the English edition. A solid foundation of sweet, caramel, cookie with a distinct bitterness, herbal, even a bit of wormwood, a bit long and lingering but very nice, light and smooth for the English version of ipa. Beer with the body not as light as the American hops version but very drinkable.
