Brown in color, thick border adorning the foam glass. The aroma of ham, smokiness, notes of dark malts and chocolate. The taste is well-blended, the smokiness is clear but subtle, with the taste of fire smoke, tart, slightly sour. There is a sweet hint of chocolate and coffee bitterness. Aftertaste of smoke and bitter coffee beans. Simple and typical, but a very good representative of the genre.
