Robinsons Brewery - Trooper Senjutsu Sun and Steel - Limited Edition

Sun and Steel Special 'Senjutsu' Limited Edition was released to coincide with the release of the new Iron Maiden album on September 3rd! Sun and Steel is a 4.8% double fermentation pilsner infused with authentic Japanese sake yeast from the award-winning Okunomatsu Sake Brewery in Japan. The result is a crisp and refreshing Pilsner-style lager with hints of honey and fruit. Sun and Steel is the sixth beer from Iron Maiden singer Bruce Dickinson and Robinsons Brewery. This project took over two years to develop and combined creative thinking, British brewing skills and Japanese sake yeast to create a truly unique beer.
