The Winter Ruby Ale, 4.2%, is a stunning ruby ale with toffee and malt notes of rye and light malt. A subtle blend of Aurora, Celeia and Golding hops for a delicate balance of fruits and deep black currant with lasting bitterness and goes perfectly with steak and kidney pate, sausage and mash or roast beef and Yorkshire pudding.
