Beer description
Red, unfiltered winter beer created in close collaboration between Getränkeritter & Ritter St. Georgen (Nennslingen). It was brewed with four different malts (Pilsner malt, Munich malt, Melanoid malt and Carared malt), as well as Spalter Select hops. Lightly cold-stopped with the Cascade aroma hop.
