Beer description
As always, we like to use Texas ingredients when at all possible [because, hey, we’re based in Texas, so why not]. And this one is no exception. We’ve been having a blast creating ciders like the Texas Más-Mosa and M-M-M-My Paloma that the crew was like “hey, it’s been a while since we did a mojito and it’s getting close to mojito weather… well, that still has to be seen, BUT…. none the less, they went at it and got a hold of a bunch [not like bananas] of Texas limes and a bunch of bunches of Texas mint and behind the glass curtain they went. After a whole bunch [used in a different way this time] of “testing” [their term, not mine] they unveiled this springtime beauty, that will def keep flowing into the summer. With plenty of lime and mint, this is as refreshing as the drink it’s named after, and the apple cider base adds to the interesting yet delicious version of the spring and summer favorite. ¡Salute!
