Beer description

The beer is brewed using two kinds of malt: Viking Pilsner Malt, Caramel Barley Malt. Hops of the Citra, Cascade, Yelow Sub breeds provide bitterness and aroma. This beer is fermented with high-fermenting yeast. The beer’s flavour has more bitterness than usual, which is softened by aromas obtained from the malt and hops in the high temperature of fermentation.

Bernsteinfarben, klar, mit feinporiger Blume, in der Nase fruchtig, hopfig. So auch im Geschmack, dazu eine schöne hopfige Bitterkeit.

Schönes goldgelbes IPA mit feiner Schaumkrone. Geschmacklich ist es mild, schön fruchtig und leicht hopfig. Die typisch bittere Note fehlt natürlich auch nicht
