Beer description
In 1897, Bodø Sharebryggeri was founded by local business people in Bodø. In 1970 the brewery was bought by EC Dahls. In 1978 the brewery was renamed Nordland Brewery at the same time as the Nordland Spilsen was launched. In 1987 the brewery became part of Ringnes and today Nordlands Pils is brewed in the Ringnes brewery. Nordlands Pils is a Nordic Pilsner with a golden, light color. The aroma is characterized by yeast fertility, light barley malt and a hint of floral tones from the hops. The taste has a good malt sweetness, moderate bitterness and a medium-long aftertaste.
