This purely handcrafted creation from the Riegele BierManufaktur is brewed and matured on wood for relaxed moments of pure enjoyment. Magnus 24 owes its distinctive character to long maturation in oak barrels at Riegele BierManufaktur, and its name “Kriek” comes from the Flemish word for sour cherry. In the tradition of Belgian Kriek beers, the Riegele brewers have fermented the sour cherry juice with Belgian yeast. Refined in an elaborate cuvée process with two strong beer specialties, Magnus 24 combines the typical acidity of juicy cherries with woody barrique notes to create a particularly complex taste experience. The nuances unfold best at 8°C.
