Beer description

When Eisbock the brewed bock beer is frozen, then removed the remaining liquid and alcoholic core. The concentrated beer - the Eisbock - is much stronger and much more mature in taste. Amber-colored, natural gray double trestle with a slight sherry note and a fine scent of dried fruit, vanilla and ripened banana. In the drink mild with warm, supple mouthfeel. All the aromas are reflected in the taste again. The mouth is accompanied by a strong but not too dominant bitterness. Rounded off by a light acidity, the finish is aromatic, warm and very long-lasting.
