Beer description
Ridgeback is known for its complexity in flavour and its high alcohol content. A higher sugar and alcohol content makes the beer sweet and it also gets distinct notes of caramel and Hague hops as a result.

Ridgeback is a barleywine and pairs well with various dishes and can even be cooked with! We have several kitchen princes and princesses running around within the Frontaal team who love to work with our beers in the kitchen.
