Da G'sölchte Hawi is a dark, full-bodied smoked beer with a slightly higher alcohol content. The focus is on the malt body, which gives the G'sölchten Hawi a fine but not too obtrusive smoky note with a proportion of around 40% smoked malt. The whole thing is rounded off by a subtle bitterness.
