Rewort Brewery - Hanami

Hanami is the Japanese national tradition of admiring flowers. Despite the frantic pace of life, despite all the hi-tech, the Japanese find time to stop, stand still and admire the beautiful. And this tradition is in fact delightful! That's why we've dedicated our new mida with tender cherries and fragrant almonds to it. Since sakura trees have not been brought to our region, we will look for the beautiful in the echoes and aftertastes, enjoy every drop, and when the jar is empty, stoically, as befits a samurai, accept the inevitable. Because it is possible to perceive the beautiful as such only because beauty is short-lived and fleeting and disappears before it has time to turn into something familiar and everyday.
