Barrel-fermented Doppelbock Tmavétor is our interpretation of the rare Czech Tmavé Speciální 20º, a Czech-style Doppelbock brewed exclusively with German malts and hops. Our version is partially fermented in used bourbon casks to bring out the rich and toasty notes of caramelized sugar, dark fruit and maple in this strong dark lager.
