Beer description
Cloudy ochre with a lasting, thin, foamy, white head; little lacing. Aroma of orange peel, wheat & white bread, coriander, unripe banana, yellow apple. Light wheaty sour onset, lemony too with spicy notes, coriander & faint clove; rather malty sweet middle, basic bready touch, some apple, zesty note in the back. Dryish, wheaty finish, faintly grassy hoppy, lingering spices & bread. Medium body, slick/soapy texture, lively carbonation. This is not a bad beer per se, but it's completely redundant. I just can't get my head around the fact that one would start a brand-new brewery and just stick to, not only the classic styles, but also the classic interpretations of them in a world that is being flooded by craft beers. Then again, it's not that the name breathes international ambition...
