Renaissance Brewing Limited - Indian Wheat

This traditional southern German type of yeast wheat is brewed according to the Purity Law of 1516, but is significantly injured by the addition of a special ingredient, which gives the already banana and carnation-like character of this beer peppery and floral notes. Our little version of India!
