This bright beer is our kiwi-style light beer, which celebrates unique kiwi hops and a great combination for traditional kiwi wharf. Did we mention that it is kiwi? This beer is an interpretation of the New World Pale Ale. Four maltes produce the beer's rich amber coloring and biscuit, malt flavors, while our London brewer's yeast adds its own austere, berry-like handwriting. This basic taste then balances the rich complex mix of hops (including the Orphan Hop Research Blend) that yields a symphony of resinous kiwi hop aromas of citrus, ripe stone fruit and passion fruit that dominate the lingering finale of the beer.
