Deep below the brewery, time stands still. Oak barrels are well-hidden from the prying eyes of the outside world. This beer has been aged for 6 months in Jim Beam Kentucky Bourbon barrels. Oak and plums are predominant in the taste, while the bourbon is instantly recognisable.
