Beer description
Improvised Belgian quadrupel-style beer co-created with Brooklyn Brewery brewer Garrett Oliver. Boilers had not seen such viscous wort: barley malt was heated not only with water but also with 10 thousand liters of Lithuanian birch juice. Used four different malts and left the final chord for Belgian Candi Sugar syrup. Jam Session - Beer inspired by Garrett Oliver, a man without whom the world of kraft beer would be different.
