Beer description
Beige, slightly brown, creamy foam forms when pouring and even remains half a finger thick for a while before the view of the dark, almost jet black beer with a reddish shimmer is revealed. Roasted malt aromas and notes of dark dried fruits as well as some chocolate aromas reach the nose. Distinct roasted malt accompanied by notes of coffee and caramel determine the initial taste. Softly fruity notes with light citric acid develop over the course. Light body that is built up around the malt and revives caramel aromas. Relatively intense fine carbonic acid. The aftertaste is determined by roasted and coffee aromas that bring their typical bitterness with them, which is then retained in the aftertaste. Lighter but not unpleasant representative of his style.
