Pure Pastry is a brand new Imperial Pastry Stout that the brewery has created for this year's stout season for those of you who particularly enjoy syrupy flavors. With their in-house vanilla processing method, they have enriched Pure Pastry with a large amount of cocoa nibs and vanilla pods to extract even more goodness. The result? Just like a chocolate milkshake, but in the adult version! Rich and creamy with the addition of lactose, with flavors of dreamy milk chocolate, Coco Pops, cookies, and whipped cream. All of this is supported by a big body and a syrupy mouthfeel. It's like drinking a dessert in a glass!
