Range - Illusions 1

Illusions is the fourth release of their barrel-aged Stout program. Illusions I is served directly from Buffalo Trace and Cape Byron Whiskey barrels. It pours deep black with creamy, espresso-colored foam. This year's edition has an elevated and dense mouthfeel. It is rich and smooth, with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, raisins, figs, and rich chocolate, rounded out by maple bourbon and vanilla. The smoothness of the mouthfeel envelops the palate with each sip.
