Range - Culaccino 2

Culaccino II (Cool~uh~chino) is a collaboration they have done for the second year in a row with their good Melbourne friends from Capitano in Carlton. They brewed an Italian Pilsner for them, which pairs perfectly with their epic menu of Italian dishes. This year's batch has been dry hopped with Motueka and Lemondrop to give this classic style a slightly more modern twist. The color is golden yellow, with a fluffy, ice-cream-like foam crown. On the nose, they detect subtle aromas of light melon and citrus fruits that hit them right before each sip. On the palate, light and delicate notes of orange peel and lemongrass come through. The finish is super dry, with a biting and refreshing bitterness that rounds it all out.
