Honey Elixir is a beautiful mahogany coloured medium body English style brown ale pours with a beige medium density head. Initial aromas suggest sweet fresh honey, some fig and raisin with an underlying hint of toasted nuts and spices. On the palate, the tastes of honey, taffy and a subtle espresso wash over, met with a refreshing well-balanced hop finish with subtle sweet fruit notes making your palate long for more.
