Quidi Vidi Brewing - Norwegian Farmhouse Ale

Pours an opaque gold with thin white foam, smelling of black limes, light toasty grain, and farmhouse character, with light notes of earthiness and ripened apple. Taste opens with barnyard pungency, quickly opening up into cracker notes and moderate malt sweetness backed up by light juniper. Finish is mildly astringent but balanced by ample body and mild carbonation.
