Quidi Vidi Brewing - Berry Treasure - Blueberry Wheat

This is year 6 for Quidi Vidi Brewery's collab with the Newfermenters. We hold a brewing competition and then bottle share. It's a chance for the community to hang out sample each other's brews. This is Berry Treasure by Andre Reichel & Wallace Organ. Aromas of berry and wheat, with light herbal hops. Reddish-purple in colour, with a slight haze. Head when poured has a light pink hue. Initial flavour of sweet berry, balanced by wheat and earth hop bitterness. Medium-bodied. Some tannic character in the finish from the blueberry, as well as a touch of malt sweetness.
