The dark malts, black cardamom and sweetness give this beer its complex aroma and sweetness. Aged on Bourbon-soaked oak. A classic beer that goes outside the box, as you would expect from a Protestant urban monastery. Winner of the silver medal Dutch Beer Challenge 2021!
