Pyraser - Weihnachts Festbier 2021

When it's outdoors and the nights are long and black, people like to sit together in the warm. Then this festival beer is perfect. It was created especially for the time in which one enjoys quite substantial dishes; a holiday roast of goose, duck or game with velvety, tasty sauces and lavish side dishes. A “normal” light could easily take a back seat. The Pyraser Christmas beer is the perfect accompaniment to festive meals. Our master brewer thought about it for a long time. Similar to the “Märzenbier”, the original wort content is slightly higher than that of the normal “Hellen”. Gentle fermentation at low temperatures results in a slightly higher alcohol content. A specially coordinated mashing process in the brewhouse ensures the depth of taste. The special mixture makes the difference: light Pilsener, lightly roasted Viennese and dark Munich malt harmonize in a carefully balanced mix. There is also a mild, pleasant bitterness: our natural hops, which come exclusively from two hop farmers in the immediate vicinity. Gold-colored, tangy and fine dry, the Pyraser Christmas beer is a well-rounded mixture that sets unobtrusive, weightless accents.
