Beer description
This NW style sour ale is no trick, it's all treat. We started by roasting over 1,200 lbs. of fresh pumpkin (no puree here) over the course of three weeks and added that to a blend of spiced Old Stock Quads aged in rum barrels for up to two years with spices. Aromas of spiced rum, roasted pumpkin and spice start this off. Roasted pumpkin and spiced rum mingle on the palate and lead to a warming finish of pumpkin pie and rum and a lingering note of vanilla ice cream.
