Beer description
Pumpkin Smash 2022 is a blend of quad ales aged in Westward Whiskey and Nocino (green walnut liqueur) barrels from Stone Barn Brandyworks for up to 22 months with roast pumpkin, butternut squash and spices. We bring in over 600 pounds of whole Cinderella pumpkins to be hand cut, oven-roasted and added directly to the barrels. We then infuse the beer with a variety of traditional pumpkin spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and clove - just enough to complement the character of the pumpkin. This limited project is ready to drink now, but will age well if stored in a cool, dark place, so enjoy Pumpkin Smash this fall or anytime throughout the year.
