Beer description
For this collab' with English stars Vocation, we've taken Coconut to the extreme: Double Dry Hop (DDH) with 2 varieties of coconut-flavoring hops (Talus & Sabro) + toasted coconut infusion. Coco-Miam!
The idea for Coco-Miam came from Vocation: one of last year's best-selling beers was a coconut beer. We told them that we'd already worked with coconut in a number of forms in the past, and for quite different styles, from sour to Imperial Stout. We thought it would be original to try something we'd never done before at Fauve: use Coco in a NEIPA!
So those of you who follow us will be familiar with "Coco Divine", our NEIPA DDH with Sabro and HBC 472. But unlike "Coco Divine", where we only work with hops that deliver coconut aroma when used properly, we've gone one step further with "Provoquer sa Vocation", adding real toasted coconut!
It's a real "Coco Divine" on steroids. We hope you like it! And that it will inspire you to (re)discover Vocation's beers. Spoiler: they rock!
