Prost (Bolivia) - IPA

Flavor and aroma dominated by high hopping and pronounced malt body. According to the old English recipe it is a concentrated must with 14% of the original extract that results in almost 6% alcohol. The Indian Pale Ale is very lightly filtered to contain all the triple hop substances that we apply with three different hops in three stages of the process. The last hopping enters as dry hopping in the ripening stage. In this way we provide it with a pronounced but fine and aromatic bitterness, recognized among lovers of IPA beers.
