Using a yeast that's thousands of generations old, we're thrilled to be updating these 2017 recipes with a fresh take. Through our good friends at JW Lees, this DIPA brings you back a beer that is modern, bold and supremely hoppy... about as 'proper Manc' as you can possibly get.
