Head Case is the first in the series to feature our new crop year of Citra and Galaxy hops, which are both showing really strong stone fruit, tropical fruit, citrus, and ripe berry notes. Utilizing a “cool-pooling” technique to preserve non-volatile hop flavor compounds, we are able to extract maximum mid-palate flavor and aroma, while not pulling through any additional bitterness, resulting in a super soft, smooth finish
