The Pravda Lviv People's Ale is a top-fermented ale from the western Ukrainian city of Lviv. In the glass, the beer does everything right with the interesting and simple label: A cloudy golden yellow is hidden under an average, well-defined head of foam. The smell is minimal herbaceous and primarily reminiscent of grapefruit. In terms of taste, the dryness dominates. The carbonic acid is also relatively concise. After this start, the fruity aromas come through better, you can taste oranges and orange peel. All this with a fairly dry weather. The beer isn't really bitter, but it doesn't have a pronounced maltiness either. The long, spicy finish rounds off the beer.
